Everything you need to know before your first session.

Do I need any experience to start?

Not at all. Our classes welcome complete beginners. Coach Gina and the team will guide you through the fundamentals safely, at your own pace. All we ask is that you show up with an open mind and a willingness to work hard.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes — we offer a free introductory session. Simply fill in the contact form or send us a WhatsApp and we'll arrange a suitable time. No equipment needed for your first visit; just comfortable training clothes and a water bottle.

What should I bring to training?

Comfortable training clothes, a water bottle, and a mouthguard once you're training regularly. Hand wraps and gloves are recommended — if you don't have your own yet, speak to Coach Gina about what to get. We can point you in the right direction.

Is there a class just for women?

Yes. The Ladies Class runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 08:30–09:30, and is a women-only session. It covers fitness, self-defence, and striking fundamentals in a safe, encouraging environment. R900/month with a 1-month deposit.

Do you offer private one-on-one coaching?

Absolutely. Private coaching is R400 per session for 1–3 sessions, or R350/session when you book 4 or more upfront. Sessions are fully tailored — whether you're working on technique, fight prep, fitness, or self-defence. Contact us to schedule.

Can you train schools or corporate teams?

Yes — we run structured programs for schools, youth groups, and corporate teams. These are customised sessions focused on discipline, fitness, and practical self-defence. Get in touch via the contact form to discuss your group's needs.
